Assignment:

1) Test out the action potential generation when you block sodium channel activation using 100% TTX (put TEA percentage to 0). Repeat the same by blocking potassium channel using 100% TEA (put TTX percentage to 0).

2) When you use 50% TTX (TEA is absent), sodium inactivation happens? In order to prevent this, what you must do? Simulate using neuron simulator this scenario by using appropriate drugs (for help refer Theory tab of this exercise). 

3) What happens when you use 100% TEA (both TTX and pronase are absent)? Simulate this condition with the help of neuron simulator.
