These are reports that give feedbacks of each experiment. Reports based on the entire user feedbacks can be seen by clicking on the 'Feedback Report' listed under the 'Reports' on the left navigation tree menu of the page. This is a detailed, individualized report that is generated based on the user assessment in each experiment. To see the feedback reports of different universities, the user can select the university from the ‘Select University’ drop down list.
Below is depicted a graphical representation of the feedbacks received for all experiment under various disciplines of a particular university.
The bar graph shows the usage of each broad area under the university, with a table to its right that is the tabular representation of the feedback. Detailed reports, the same as that shown for the broad area can be obtained for the labs and experiments in each lab. This can be seen by clicking on the broad area in the tabular representation and then clicking on the lab and the particular experiment.
A user (admin) at any point of time can download the data by clicking on the ‘Download Data’ button. The report gets downloaded as .csv file. The report gives the details of all the users, the broad area, lab and experiment name and the feedback response to each question asked. The feedback of all the questions is tagged and repeated words in the feedback are shown.
User can export the feedback reports of all the experiments in each university using the 'Download Data' button in the feedback report. The entire feedback gets downloaded as a '.csv' file. This data can be downloaded at any level, so if it is downloaded from main page, it gives the data of all labs and experiment, if the report is filtered to a specific lab or experiment, the data got in the downloaded '.csv' file will be filtered ones.
