User Activity Report

This is a separate module, where in each activity of the user, from login to logout is logged and generated as a report. 

This report helps the administrator to check the activity of each user for each edit function. The administrator can filter the data by specifying the lab, broad area etc.

The administrator has the option to display the report by specifying the particular user name, experiment name, date, tab etc.

User Activity Report Filtration

The user activity report has various options available that allows filtering of data based on various options like;

• Filter the data with date (A user can specify the date range and in the ‘From’ and ‘To’).
• Filter by Broad Area.
• Filter by Lab.
• Filter by Experiment.

User Activity Report Order

The user activity report generated can be in the ascending or descending order based on the 'Experiment Name', 'Username', 'Date and time' or 'Tab name'.  To do this the user just needs to click the desired section heading according to which the report needs to be re-ordered.

This page can also be re-directed to the particular experiment editing page.  To do this, the user needs to click on the particular experiment under the ‘Experiment Name’ column.

Only 50 rows can be displayed at a time in this report.  Rest of the data can be viewed by using the pagination option seen at the bottom of the page.
