Video: How to embed the video

Experiments can be demonstrated through real lab videos as well.  These recorded videos can be uploaded to the site through video uploading software’s like YouTube or vimeo.  The url can be added as a link under the desired tab of the experiment.

There are two methods to add videos to experiments.

Method-1:

1. Click on the "+" tab to add a new tab for video.
2. Enter the tab name in the space provided in "Add New Tab". (Click on the icon to
3. change the icon from the given set of icons.)
4. Click on the “Save” button to confirm the operation.
5. Once the tab is added, change the "Content Type" of the tab as “Link”.
6. Add the link or URL of the video in the space provided.
7. Enter the revision comments and save the link according to the user privileges (i.e.
8. Save / Save & Send for Review / Save & Publish).

Method-2:

1. Open the tab under which the video is to be placed.
2.  Copy the "embed code" from You Tube or similar websites.

4. Click the "Source" button in the editor.
5. Paste the code in the appropriate location.
6.  Save & Publish the experiment.
