Assignment :

• Import the sample model from the pantherdb using CellDesigner and simulate the model based on the mathematical equation

• Take the same model which has been imported using pantherdb, and checks for the lists of genes and proteins based on family, molecular function, biological process, cellular component or pathway, and check for the family and subfamily in the list. Also find the phylogenetic analysis of the genes.
