Manual:

Select the liquid
Click Start to begin the experiment.
When the liquid is filled a capillary is selected.
Move the cross-hair of the travelling microscope by pressing the UP and DOWN button.
When the cross-hair aligns with the meniscus of the liquid click Take Reading button.
After all the readings have been taken click on Show Graph.
Calculate the surface tension of the liquid from the graph.
