Study of Electrically excitable cells (Remote trigger)






  1. Compare integrate and fire neuron model with other single cell models (HH neuron, Go to detailed mathematical simulator).
  2.  Find out other analog IFN models using basic electronic circuit components.
  3. Study how IFN responds to different input stimuli.
  4. Study the relationship between injected current and frequency of spikes using the simulator. Plot injected current on x-axis and number of spikes on y-axis. a) Change the amplitude of input stimuli (current) from 0.1 to 4 V.  b) Repeate the exercise by changing the frequency of input stimuli.
