Following steps should be performed before proceeding with the online experiment:-

1.      Go to download page and download labVIEW Run Time engine and install it.

2.      After installing the runtime engine start performing the experiment.

Measurement of Bending Losses in Optical Fiber

           Run button     waveshape selector                                                 Result in Volt

               select switches                 stop button                              oscillator display

1.      Switch any one of the select switches panel. ie

2.      Select run button from tool bar to start real time experiment.

3.      Click on the waveshape selector for desired waveform that should be displayed in the Oscillator.

4.      Observe the change in the waves in the oscillator and at the same time in result panel.

5.      Right click on the oscilloscope and select ‘Export simplified image’ to save the waveform.

6.      Click stop button to stop execution.
