Tasks to be performed

 

1.  Retrieve FASTA sequence of Keratin in Homosapiens. Read and write the sequence in R programming using the platform provided in the simulator window.
2. Take Insulin protein of rodent and guinea pig in FASTA. Read and write the sequence in FASTA using R. Note down the similar amino acid sequences identified in the given organism. 
3. Choose organisms of your interest. Read and write FASTA formatted protein sequences of Hemoglobin.
