1.If we use DMSO instead of glycerol. what will be the observation ? Maintain the E.coli   DH5 alpha  cells by using other cryopreservatives. Compare the results, which is better for its preservation ?

2. Two students are doing experimentst using the E.coli cells , one is taking  directly from pure culture while other taking from glycerol stocks. After doing the experiments observe the difference between the two results.
