1. How do I register a new admin user?
   
   Refer the section, 'Registration as Admin'.
   
2. How do I change a user's role?
   
   An administrator can change the role of a particular user. This can be done by selecting 'Manage Role' seen under the 'Portal Admin' on the left side navigation tree menu. Then select the particular user, click on the edit icon and change the user role in the pop-up window.
   
3. I have register with the website, but have not yet receive the activation email.
   
   Refer the section, ' Email Activation'.
   
4. How do I upload an image?
   
   Use the image upload button '' seen in the fck editor, to upload the image from the system as a web content.
   
5. How do I upload a pdf or xls file?
   
   Refer 'File Upload' under the section, 'Text Content'.
   
   
6. How do I create a new broad area?
   
   Refer 'Add Broad Area' under the section, 'Broad Area'.
   


7. How do I create a new lab under a broad area?
   
   Refer 'Add New Lab' under the section, 'Labs'.
   
   
8. How do I change the order of a Broad Area / Subject?
   
   Refer 'Re-order Broad Areas' under the section, 'Broad Area'.
   
   
9. How do I change the order of a Lab / Topic?

10. How do I change the order of an experiment?
    
    Refer, 'Change the Display Order of Experiments' under the section, 'Experiment'.
    
    
11. How do I change the order of the tabs?

12. How do I create a new experiment?
    
    Refer 'Add a New Experiment' under the section, 'Experiment'.
    


13. How do I create a new tab for my experiment?
    
    Refer the section, 'Add Tabs'.
    


14. How can I temporarily disable and experiment from being shown on the main website?
    
    Refer 'Hide an Experiment' under the section, 'Experiment'.
    


15. How can I unpublish a tab?
    
    You cannot unpublish a tab; however you can either revert it to the previous version or delete the tab.
    


16. I find that the 'Edit Tab Name' option is disabled. How can I change the name of an existing tab?
    
    While adding an experiment, there are 7 tabs that are added by default. The name of these tabs cannot be changed. However, these tabs can be deleted and new tabs added based on your preference. The name of these newly created tabs can be edited later.


17. I am unable to apply formats or styles to the text content I add.
    
    To maintain uniform text styling across the site, we do not encourage applying formats or styles to the text content you add. Instead, while the data is displayed on the main website the in-built default styles are applied. You will not be able to view these default styles in the html editor, to view these use the 'Save and Preview' option.
    


18. Why is the html editor not displaying?
    
    You need to update your browser to the latest available version. Please refer the section, ‘Desktop’ under ‘Session Requirements'.
    


19. I published content in an experiment, but am only able to view one tab of that experiment ?
    
    You might have published only that particular tab of the experiment. To view each tab on the main website, you need to publish each one.
    


20. Why is the page that I published not loading properly or taking too much time to load?
    
    While adding content to an experiment from a word file, make sure you use the 'Paste from Word' or 'Paste as Plain Text' option in the fck editor. If done otherwise, all the html formats from the word file gets added to the experiment pages, making the webpage to load slowly.Also make sure you use low file size for images that are loaded to the website.
    


21. How do I upload video to an experiment?
    
    Refer the section, 'Video: How to Embed the Video'.
    


22. How do I add my simulator/animation?
    
    Refer the section, 'External Page'.
    


23. Why is the Simulator/Animation not loading?
    
    Make sure the path of the file is correct and is placed in a server with public ip and that the tab is published.
    


24. I am unable to login, getting an error message, “Invalid username or password.”
    
    It might be because of anyone of the following issues:
    - Check if you are using the wrong username or password.
    - The password is case sensitive, so type in the password the same way you did when you registered with us.
    - If you have forgotten your password, please use the "Forgot Password" link seen in the login page.
    


25. I logged in, but am unable to view the admin dashboard to edit the experiment.
    
    You need to be registered as an administrator to view the admin dashboard.To know your role, once you have logged in you will see a welcome message just above the dashboard button at the left top corner of the home page.
    


26. I am unable to upload a pdf, xls etc.
    
    There is no provision as of now to upload excel or pdf files.
    


27. I am unable to view the published content.
    
    Ensure you have published the content. Also when adding content to an experiment from a word file, make sure you use the 'Paste from Word' or 'Paste as Plain Text' option in the fck editor. If done otherwise, all the html formats from the word file gets added to the experiment pages, making the web page to load slowly.  
    


28. I am getting logged out while saving the edited data in the text editor.
    
    This might have happened as your session would have expired. If the browser is kept idle for a long time the session expires. Therefore each time a change is made ensure you save it, so any content that is saved before the session expires can still be accessed as it will be auto saved.
    


29. I am getting logged out while adding the quiz content.
    
    This might have happened as your session would have expired. If the browser is kept idle for a long time the session expires. Ensure you 'Add & Publish' the content without letting the browser be idle for a long time.
